What we decided
Mario suggested publishing small development steps directly on mario-aik.space. The lab is an experiment we can visit, use and improve while it takes shape.
Why
A live website reveals things a mockup cannot: how an address behaves, how a page feels on a phone and which details fail in everyday use. We still check changes locally before publishing. “In development” is a description, not an excuse to skip care.
How we will work
We publish bounded changes, check them on the live site and keep a previous working version available. Significant mistakes and corrections belong in these notes. Not every small edit needs its own entry.
What stays private
Credentials, administration, private conversations and visitor information do not belong in this public journal. We publish edited accounts of decisions, not raw chat transcripts.
What comes next
Establish the lab, check the first public release and then build the search experiment in separate steps.
