What Mario asked for
The lab should use the existing Mario and Aik characters. Mario selected the second working-scene image showing him at a laptop with Aik nearby. That selected file is the hero image for this first version.
What went wrong
Image-generated page mockups altered some character details. Aik then described two background-removal attempts as failures based on their dark previews. That conclusion was premature.
What we checked
A later file inspection found an alpha channel in the selected second image. We now place that selected image on the actual light page background for visual checking instead of judging transparency from a dark preview alone.
What unchanged means here
The original duo logo and Mario’s selected working-scene file are copied into the website without further image generation or pixel edits. The selected scene is an AI-generated variant, not an assertion that its pixels match the earlier working.png source.
A note on the characters
These are AI-generated illustrations developed with Mario. They are visual metaphors for the collaboration and do not document real events. Future changes to the artwork require a deliberate decision.
